Statements about delivery times (e.g. "14-day average delivery") describe typical engagements and are not guarantees for any specific project. Case studies are illustrative scenarios unless explicitly identified as real client outcomes.
8. Disclaimer
The Site and its contents are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DREVO LTD disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, regarding the Site's accuracy, completeness, fitness for any particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.
9. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under UK law.
